how to reissue return label to customer
the item is listed as return complete. I didn't receive the item from the buyer. Tracking shows the post office is waiting for the package. Buyer said she didn't receive the return label. What should I do?

Has the Buyer been refunded? If so, eBay considers the case closed. You would not be charged for the unused return label. If the Buyer is willing to return the item, you can purchase a discounted label to send her via PayPal or Pirateship.
