How do I reimburse the buyer for the extra postage she had to pay upon receiving the package?

Go to the sold item and use the drop down menu on the left ... scroll down to Send refund and click that.

You will enter the amount you are refunding on the first page, the next page you will type a short message the use the drop down menu above the typing filed to select a reason. and then complete that page at the bottom

The next page is where you actually issue the refund. I always state in the message that any applicable sales tax will be added by eBay. You will also see a breakdown of the refunded amount and the eBay fees you already paid that eBay will cover in the refund. That means your actual out of pocket refunded amount will be less than what you typed on page 1.

You can go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped Locate the order, click the 3 dots, click Send Refund. Select a reason, select an amount, send.
