It depends on how they show up on your account. Sometimes they are all grouped under one order or they are completely separate.
-If grouped there is on master drop-down menu in the upper left of the order area, use that list and scroll down to Send refund. The multi-page process will start with a page showing ALL items on the order and at the bottom of that list on the right you can enter one value that will be distributed across each individual order.
The next page you can type a message and use the drop down menu to select a reason for the partial refund and then on the next page you can complete the refund and issue it to the Buyer's account.
If they are all separate transactions you will have to do the above process for EACH transaction.
I assume you know how to Combine separate purchases from the same Buyer in to one shipment, if not here is the process I use.
You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:
-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file
-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels
-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow
-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page
-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.
-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package.
