how to refund incredible shipping fees in Canada
Goofed and sent wrong item to Canada. Have refunded buyer, but need to refund astronomical shipping fees to CA. How to do that? They were paid directly to eBay

Mentor1 year agoDid that item sell using the ebay Shipping Program? If so, the buyer should have filed a Returns Request for Item Not as Described. ebay would then have refunded the buyer, and you get to keep the payment. That is one of the perks of using this program. At this point, I think you can use Paypal to send the buyer the international shipping fees that the buyer paid.
