how to refund a buyer that returned the item without going through Ebay
A buyer bought Reef sandals on Aug. 3rd and we mailed them on that day. Aug. 4th, Sunday, he wanted to cancel his order because they were the wrong size but they were already in transit. He then gave us a negative feedback stating that we mailed the wrong size, however that is what he ordered. EBay did remove the negative feedback. We received the sandals and will refund his money, however we explained to him that he will need to contact eBay in order to go through the correct process. He stated he did, but we do not see anything from eBay about the return. We will be happy to refund for his purchase, but we don't know how. Please help.

·2 years agoIf you just cancel the order, you wouldn't be able to deduct the shipping and fee's already paid, would you?

Mentor2 years agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Locate the order. Click the down-arrow, click Send Refund, Select a reason, Select an amount (you can refund item price only), Submit.
