Full or partial refunds after you have agreed with your customer can be processed via the drop-down menu on let side of the Sold item in questions. Scroll down to Send refund and click that. The Send refund process was once all on one page but eBay improved the process, now it is 4 pages.
If the refund is part of an official return claim filed by the Buyer you NEVER refund until you have the item pack in your possession and you process the refund through the claim.
