How do I reduce the shipping options when I sell. I want them to only have two options. How can I do that?

Mentor2 years ago@gardenofpeacefulzen Buyers can only select the shipping methods you offer on your listings. I am not sure what you mean by "reduce" the shipping options.
Do you need to know how to revise listings?
Listings can't be revised if they have bids, open offers or less than 12 hours left on an auction.

OP2 years agoBuyers can only choose the shipping options I choose. That's the problem how do I remove them? That's my question. How do I remove half of these shipping options that are showing up. Do I have to go to seller hub and I cannot do it on my cell phone device?

Mentor2 years ago@gardenofpeacefulzen Both of the methods to change the shipping needs to be completed from seller hub on a computer OR using your phones browser to access seller hub, which is a little awkward.
It sounds like you might be opted in to Business Policies. I personally like using the policies, You create a policy you want to use with the shipping methods and then when listing you select the policy from a list.
You just have to make sure to name the policies something easy to recognize.
You can also edit the existing policies too and change the shipping methods on this page> https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage?sellerAlreadyOptedIn=true ( if you are opted in to business policies and don't want to use them then you can opt out on the upper right of this linked page)
OR if you are not using Business policies, then you can use bulk edit to update shipping methods.
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> shipping> edit and submit

OP2 years agoYeah I had to Google the question a million different ways and include the word policy, ebay, business etc and it did take me over to the right spot. I went on seller hub and I did select business policies and I was able to do it there. It was starting to burn my grits that I would offer shipping at a certain amount for a certain way and because of my own goofiness, but the buyer was able to just change that around LOL but I've put a stop to that LOL all this trouble simply to get rid of stuff I have in the house LOL it just would be easier to give it to Goodwill and have all you good people go in there and buy it for Goodwill 😂😂😂 thanks for your help and have a wonderful night. Also I'm extremely unhappy with eBay the way they use my money freely but they limit me with their algorithm. I get one view. And through some miracle of God I still get my things sold with one view. Good Lord they are not doing anything to help me except take my green 😂😂😂😂

Mentor2 years ago@gardenofpeacefulzen Glad I helped solve your frustrations. I wish you luck on selling. 🙂 Things picked up a little for me last month which is typical after people get their tax returns.
