how to receive a partial refund for a damaged item I want to keep & restore?
I received a item poorly packaged , so it was damaged. The shipping was way excessive.
I want to keep item, for restoration.
I asked seller for partial refund for damage & over charging for horrible packing .
He wont respond except to send item back .

If the seller said "No," you'll have to send it back. The seller will be responsible for return shipping when you open a "Not as described" request.
