how to reach ebay regarding an unrecognized charge to my credit card

My credit card was charged yet my account does not reflect a purchase in the amount charged. How do I reach an Ebay representative?

If you have no open offers or orders, and are sure no one else in your home used your card, call your card issuer and report your card compromised. They will freeze the card, issue a new one and dispute the charge without eBay,

eBay customer service cannot look up transactions by card #- they have no access to card numbers. They also cannot give you any information on transactions not made by your account.
