How to reach eBay real person
Hi.
The seller isn't contact me for shipping info that I have been waiting more than two weeks. I tried to escalate the case, but every time I get "technical hiccup" online. I called 1-866-961-9253 to open a case, but I get endless the roop of automated messages and eventually the line got disconnected.
If anyone has a recent experience like this and has any suggestions, please help.
