How to reach EBay customer Service (not bot)

Question

I am on vacation in Europe & a buyer expressed unhappiness w/a purchase while my account is on vacation mode. I emailed her immediately as well as refunded her purchase a week ago while in EU. She filed a return order and stated she never heard from me a week later. Iâ€™m still in EU and trying to get ahold of CS but no human info?
