How to reach a real person for help?
I recently received a replacement Fuel filter that I purchased on eBay. The 1st one was broken and they sent a replacement. The replacement is also chipped and unusable. Since they sent a replacement the sell was listed as resolved. I later found that the replacement filter was chipped and unusable. Now eBay won't let me open a second return. I have sent pictures 4 times to the seller who won't respond and I can't contact eBay for help. I really really hate to leave bad feedback. Is there a way to actually reach eBay? Suggestions?
