How to purchase an item with AllState when an offer was accepted by seller

Question

The item (laptop) has an Allstate protection option for 1, 2 year and also has "Make an offer"

I made a lower offer on the price with the Allstate option checked.

But the offer price to the seller doesnt include the AllState.

I noticed thia after the offer was accepted.

So I ended up asking the seller to cancel.

So how does one purchase the Allstate policy with the offer price.

I know I can buy it outside of Ebay but is that the only way?

Unfortunately the offer option does not support the purchase of the protection plan at the same time. You can purchase and then buy the protection plan afterwards.
