How to prove to eBay that the buyer received the item
I'm new to eBay. I sold an item and mailed it before realizing I was supposed to use the eBay code to get the postage paid by the buyer. I paid the postage myself. It was delivered to the buyer. I have the tracking information. How can I prove to eBay that the buyer has the product and that I should get my money?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can add tracking details for items you’ve sold through Seller Hub or My eBay:
In Seller Hub, go to the Paid and shipped page, select your order, choose the Dispatch dropdown, and select Add tracking number.
In My eBay, go to the Orders section, select Add tracking number from More actions, then enter the tracking number and carrier.
You can also edit or delete tracking information the same way, and the buyer will receive an email with the tracking details. If you use an eBay shipping label, tracking is uploaded automatically.
Adding tracking within your handling time protects you if a buyer opens an item not received request, as the tracking must be from an eBay integrated carrier and show an acceptance scan.
