How to Prove to Ebay that Buyer Received Item
I mailed my package through UPS, not using an EBay label. I have the tracking number, receipt, etc. It shows that the Buyer has received the package.
How can I show Ebay that she has received it? They are holding my funds, as I am not a long-established Seller.
Thank you

Mentor8 months agoOnce you are an established seller (at least selling for 90 days, 100 items sold, over $1000 received), ebay will relax the 30 day holds. I believe it will then be 3 days after tracking shows Delivered (but still 30 days for items $1000 or more).

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.

OP8 months agoThank you. I went to the Sold section, and I had entered the tracking info, and it does show as "delivered". I understand that part of the hold is to make sure the item is in good condition and works as promised. I don't understand why that should take almost a month. She should know within a matter of a couple hours whether it operates as it should. Any thoughts on that?

Buyers on eBay have 30 days after delivery to file a return for something not working. That's why the 30 day hold.
