How to Print Out All Ebay Listings
I want to print out a list of all my current for sale listings, so i can check it against inventory. I want to see if anything in inventory is missing from my current, active listings, and vice versa. I don't want to have to go to Seller Hub and make a copy of each page of listings, and print them out that way. Trying to save on printer costs, so just a list, no thumbnails, prices, views, etc
Is there a way to download and print a complete list of all my current for sale items?

-- You can download your listings from this page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/downloads
- Click Download Report
- Select Report Source > Listings
- Select Report Type> All active listings
- Click Download
- Save the file to your computer
✓ After you request the report, you'll see "Creating Report" in the lower left.
1) Depending on the number of listings, it can take a while.
2) When it is complete, a pop-up will offer to save it to your computer.
3) If you miss the pop-up, you can find your report on the list here, when it is ready.
https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/downloads
- You'll get a CSV report with these columns
Item number
Title
Variation details
Custom label (SKU)
Available quantity
Format
Price
Sold quantity
Views
Watchers
Bids
Listing site
Additional columns
A CSV file can be opened with Excel and other spreadsheet programs. You can sort by any column, and print out the list.
