How to print a label after voiding one for incorrect dimensions
I'd tried several times to print a label this morning but eBay was having technical issues. When I was finally able to print it, the dimensions were wrong. I voided that label and now need to print a corrected one but I can't figure out how. Thank you.

They experienced a far reaching technical issue that they are currently working on, it is the highest priority ticket in their system right now.
Back up plans for a rare occurrence like this could include using other internet postage services or paying at the counter (I would copy and paste the Buyer's address to a Word Doc, print it out and cut out the label then tape it on the package). If a Seller pays at the counter they need to take the receipt back and manually load the tracking number. More work to be sure but it gets the job done.
I suspect eBay may suspend late shipping defects as the result of this issue.

Mentor2 years ago@theironbell LOL, you and thousands of others ... I have a label to print too but I can ship tomorrow within my Handling time so I'm not even going to try until the morning ...

OP2 years agoSmart. I was finally able to print one but now I have to wait on reimbursement for the voided label. That sale wasn’t very profitable. Lol
