How to post black Americana figurines

Question

I have a BOBBLEHEAD black Americana boy and listed him under black Americana BOBBLEHEAD, and eBay removed the listing. I see where others have listed similar under collectibles-art but I can’t find that particular heading. How do I find it?

These items are not allowed per eBay policy.

Do not relist them. You may face suspension if you do.
