How to pay for an item with citi thank you points
I would like to use my thank you points through PayPal but cant find a link to do so.

OP4 months agoThank you for your reply. I did contact PayPal and asked the question about using my Citi points when checking out with an Ebay item I was paying for. The answer I got was to contact my Citi bank and ask them. Citi has a list of merchants one can use their thank you points with. As it turns out, Ebay is not on the list. So there's the answer. I used to be able to use my points in the past with PayPal and Ebay (with Citi) but can't any longer. I don't know why Ebay was removed from Citi's approval list and the Citi rep didn't know why either. Oh well.

Mentor4 months agoSince you would be going through PayPal you would need to ask them if you can use your points when making a payment. eBay has no way to allow this when making a payment.
