HOWEVER I encourage you to continue offering international shipping with the eBay International Shipping Program. Not to sound like an ad but once it reaches the US forwarding center in Illinois the sellers job is done. eBay handles ALL refunds, the customs forms, etc.. If a buyer files a refund request the $ comes from eBay and you keep the sale.

There is no risk to you and you have more buyers to sell to worldwide. I wish domestic shipping had such good seller protections!
