How to open a return that has been closed
I purchased an item that was shipped in separate packages. I started the return because the item doesn’t fit, then I closed the return because I thought the other package had an adapter but when it showed up nothing fit. Now I can’t return the item because it says the return was cancelled. So how do I return the items that clearly don’t fit?

Your option would be to reach out to the seller and explain the issue. The seller may cooperate with you and allow you to return the item.
