How to Obtain Top Seller Benefits
I have just moved to top seller again after being in jail for 6 months. But when I review the top seller statistics it says that only 19 of my listings are eligible for benefits.
I don't know what I need to do so that all of them get benefits. I always ship within 1 day and I now have returns for 30 days free. I did have 30 day returns where buyer pays return shipping but I changed that
and it did not make a difference.

Mentor1 month agoYou can do a bulk edit with all of your listings and add free returns. That will fix them without having to look at all of them. Click on the check box at the top of the seller hub listings and then you can bulk edit.

Mentor1 month agoBring up your active listings. On the left side, select Free Returns. Now just scroll down and look at each listing and stop when you do not see Free Returns displayed.
