How to obtain buyer's phone number and email for customs form?
To send a package from the US to Czech Republic, the USPS requires that I fill out a customs form that includes the recipient's/buyer's email address and telephone number. How do I obtain that necessary information without breaking eBay's rules against sellers and buyers sharing "personal" info?
