how to mark item delivered if buyer picked up

I did not have item listed for local pickup but buyer was local and asked about it. It was fine with me and they paid online thru ebay. They picked up and I marked it as shipped manually but now it is not marked as delivered. How do I manually mark it as delivered?

Since you used a different delivery method than the one the buyer selected when they purchased all you can do is mark it as shipped on the order.

If this should happen again the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.

Since you do not have proof of delivery, and are subject to a payment hold, your funds will be released if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after the full hold time.
