How to mark an item unpaid
I must have accidentally marked an item as paid that has not been paid for so how do I undo that

OP2 years agoThere is no place to uncheck the paid to unpaid

If you don't recall marking the item paid, then did eBay mark it as paid? When the buyer pays eBay, the system will mark "paid" and will tell you it is time to ship. You won't receive your payout from eBay until after you ship the item. If you are certain the buyer has not paid, scroll to the bottom of this page, click the "Contact us" button and type "agent" into the chat that opens (you may have to type a reason and then type agent).

OP2 years agoI couldn’t get through to an agent. I typed in agent but it just kept me going back to the same help pages.

You may have to work it a bit. Type agent. Next, type "did buyer pay", next type "agent" - that sort of thing.
