how to mark an item as delivered even though it shows still in transit
I have a sold item that shows it has been out for delivery since December 4th. I checked with my customer to see if she had received it and she said she has. Is there any way for me to show that this item has been delivered in my seller hub?

Mentor2 years agoWhat does the tracking at usps.com show? Another member has several orders where the tracking is not current with usps.
If usps.com does not show delivered, there is no way to update the tracking on eBay. If it shows delivered, there, contact customer service and ask them to submit a tech request.
