How to manually change a package status to "arrivied"/"done"

Hello !I have I little problem.The seller sent me 2 articles i bought separately in the same package, with is very great, i got both easily. But because of that, only one is considered arrivied, the other one is still considered in coming. The seller told me to change its status to arrivied but I didn't find a way to do so.Thanks in advance for the help and have a good day !

@malber-2740 The seller should have applied the tracking number to both items before they shipped. There is no way for a buyer to mark an item arrived.

The only thing that the seller can do now for the second item is mark it as shipped from the drop down menu next to the item. eBay will consider as shipped without tracking so they will hold the payout on that item for 31 days.
