How do you make an offer if you want to use Klarna for the payment?
Doesn't eBay auto-pay if your offer gets accepted?

If the seller requires a payment method in advance for an offer, you must use a payment method that supports a reversible payment hold such as a credit or debit card. Klarna and PayPal credit do not qualify, I think.
If you cannot find an listing that does not require a payment method to make an offer, use the buy-it-now option to use Klarna.
