How to lower the price on an item being sold
I have an item that I want to lower the price for the buyer, how do I go about in changing the amount after they paid full price already for it? Any help will appreciate it.

Mentor1 year ago@mosaiahslopez If they already paid then you issue a partial refund. Use the reason other.
Find the item on the orders page on a computer or the full web version on your phones browser> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item > next page select a reason such as other, or shipping adjustment. Carefully enter the amount you want to refund and then select send.
