How to load videos from my iPhone when I have already listed the item on eBay

I am not sure if an iPhone video will be the right format since I don't own an iPhone.
The listing MUST be created with the Advanced Listing tool on a computer to be able to add a video.
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. Then, go here to your active listings page to create a listing:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.

Video Format Requirements
The maximum supported video size is 150 MB
The maximum upload resolution is 1080p
Supported output resolutions are 240p, 360p, 480p, and 720p
MP4 file types- MPEG-4 Part 10 or Advanced Video Coding (MPEG-4 AVC)
Providing links to YouTube or other video platforms is not supported
Listings with variations do not support videos
