how to list a vehicle that does not have a 17-digit vin
how to list a vehicle that does not have a 17-digit vin
It is a 1982 Maico motorcycle. It is an off-road motorcycle. It was purchased new in the state of Utah that did not title off-road motorcycles before 1988.
How can I get around the 17-digit VIN or the License Plate (that it does not have)
Thank you,
Greg
