how to link USD credit card in Canada with UPS shipping label purchases
My account is registered in Canada. I have USD accounts and cards in the US and Canada. Ebay insists on paying in $C. For some reason I cannot buy a UPS shipping label because "carrier doesn’t support payments from your eBay funds due to conversion issues". Attempts to link seller costs to the USD cards in either the US or Canadian addresses are unsuccessful. Any methods to get this done?
