How to link a payout method

Question

I have an item to sell on ebay, I have a credit card linked to my account (Incase of offer and bids) . Can I receive payments on the same account (card listed)? Or do I need to connect a Payoneer account?

The item is currently in the United States with my brother, and I am currently residing in Lebanon L.B (Beirut)

@zeit_7 You will have to set up a seller account with Payoneer to receive the buyers payout.

You should be prompted to enter your Payoneer information AFTER you try to submit your first listing. The listing will stay in draft format until you complete this step. If you are using a cellphone turn it to landscape to see the link to register.

#1 Make sure that your name and address match your Payoneer account exactly. I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. You can not use a PO box for registration but you can use it for the ship from and to addresses. Verify that here in account settings: ( https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile )

#2 Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here:

( https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list ) Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
