How to leave feedback on a seller when you don't get your order

How do you leave feedback to avoid a seller because they take your money but don't respond or fulfill your order. I don't want other people to get scammed.

There is a link on the item in your Purchase history to leave Feedback.

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

If you inadvertently purchased as a Guest you cannot leave Feedback on the transaction but you are still protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee and here is what we advise Buyers:

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
