how to leave feedback on a bidder who has retracted twice on an item im selling ?

I have never had a bidder retracted a bid on one of my items im selling until now ! And he did it twice ! Not only retracted the bids but messaged me a very rude response. He should not even be allowed to bid on ebay at all, what if he does it to someone else who is selling? His message to me was : I just really dont want your item anymore. I dont want to win the auction, not even at the $4.30. I dont want the item and I dont want to do any kind of business with you at all ! What did I do to deserve this? Not a thing ! Im just trying to make a living selling things on Ebay. Maybe I should rethink that idea, Signed, disappointed,

Buyers (or bidders) cannot be given negative feedback. Add the user to your blocked bidder list to prevent further bids.
