how to leave feedback for buyers

Question

I can't find a place to leave feedback for a buyer anywhere.....I go to sold item, click on the item, and there is supposed to be a place to click on 'leave feedback'......I can't find it anywhere. Where did they hide it?

Can you give me a step by step what to click on to get there......Used to be easy....frustrating!
