I do not see the same account on my phone as I do on my laptop. How do I find if there is a duplicate?

Mentor6 months agoThere can be no duplicate user IDs. Each member must have a unique email address attached to their account. So when you log in via your computer, you are using a different login than when you log in on your mobile device.
