How to issue refunds for orders older than 90 days?
Hello,
I was contacted this morning about an order from early December 7 2024 (124 days ago).
How do I issue refund for this order? The order value (incl. shipping) was $11.40.

You cannot refund through eBay. If you kept the buyer’s address info, you can mail them a check.
eBay generally will not let you share contact info after 90 days, but you can try getting the buyer’s email address so you could use PayPal Venmo or zelle.
