How to Invoice a Buyer after Refund

I recently issued a refund for an item that was presumed lost. The buyer contacted me to say that they have received the item. I have been all over eBay and cannot figure out how to send them an invoice. Please help! Thanks.

You won't be able to do that through eBay. If the buyer has a PayPal account and provides you with his PayPal email address, you can send him an invoice that way.
