How to indicate that I do not want to ship to the US

I want to stop selling to customers located in the USA due to complicated tariff filing requirements set by my local postal services. How do I indicate that I not want to sell to US-resident customers in all my listings? When I clicked excluded locations under domestic, it only gave me the options of excluding Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates and US APO/FPO. No option for excluding Mainland USA. Please advise. Thank you.

If you donâ€™t want to ship to USA, then you will have to stop listing things on the ebay dot com site.
