How to increase Seller Limit of $10 on my account, even when I was a previous Seller.
Hi everyone, Could someone please help. I am an eBayer with (87) 100% positive reviews. I have been a purchasing during the last several years but when I was a Seller, I had 100% positive reviews on both Selling and Buying. Ebay has a $10 Selling Limit on my account including shipping. I think this is crazy! I tried to increase the limit using the link available and I also inquired for a limit increase using Chat and the Chatbot suggested I "lower the price." None of the items I wish to sell are $10 including shipping. I have no idea why such a low limit has been placed on my account especially I am a 100% positive eBayer. Does anyone know who I could contact at eBay (there are no contacts listed as far as I can see) or how to solve this. Thanks so much!

A $10 limit indicates that your account is missing important information, or else your information has expired and must be updated.
Contact eBay directly to update your account information and to get your limit raised.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:
