how to include original shipping in a return refund
A buyer returned an item at no fault of her own ( Size issue) and I would like to include the original shipping they paid but the automated refund doesn't allow that option, It only includes the item price. How can I refund WITH original shipping?

Mentor1 year agoDepending on the seller's refund policy and the reason for the return, determines who pays return shipping. If the reason is Not as Described, the buyer would receive item price + shipping paid. ebay will refund the sales tax paid. If you have a no returns policy, and the buyer states a buyer's remorse reason, I don't believe original shipping would be refunded.
