How to improve my seller rating
eBay has recently taken the option for me to promote my listing away, because of a seller defect rate. How do I lower this average as quickly as possible.

Mentor1 year agoThe only way to reduce the defect percentage is to sell items and receive no defects for the transaction. So you need to list within your listing limits and sell as much as possible. This can take some time depending on your sell through rate and the defect percentage you have to lower. Defects stay on your account for one full year before they no longer affect your percentage.
