Go to your Seller Dashboard to see what seller metrics are causing you to be a below standard seller, and that is what needs improving.
Tracking uploaded on time and validated
Make sure you have the clerk scan your shipping labels. If you use ebay's bulk printing, there is a SCAN sheet that can be printed, and the clerk can print it instead of each package.
Cases closed without seller resolution
If a buyer files a case, you do whatever you need to do to satisfy the buyer so the buyer does Not click Ask ebay to step in.
Late shipment rate
If you can't get the package to the carrier within the handling time you specified, then increase your handling time.
Transaction defect rate
You need to increase sales in order to get the percentage to decrease. Also, avoid cancelling orders for Out of stock/damaged.
-Job one is to figure out how the account got to Below Standard and then do not repeat what was done to get there.
-Each month on the 20th your account is reviewed and if an improvement is attained it becomes effective on the 20th of the FOLLOWING MONTH.
-In basic terms, you have to sell your way out of it. Complete transactions, ship on time, etc. Based on limitations the account may have while on the Below Standard level you want to make sure that what you have listed will sell quickly.
