How to I get Ebay to step in and help?
The item I sold shows it was delivered and left with individual but buyer says she never received it.
I keep asking for help and all i get is links to articles. How do I get to a real person who can help?

Mentor2 years ago@antiquesfromgrammy. You just need to respond in the case with tracking that shows delivery and you win the case.
Advise the buyer to contact the post office and see where the GPS says the package was located when scanned as delivered.
