how to I edit and buyers address to print label ?
buyer moved and sent me new address ,but every time I try to edit old address with new ,ebay wont allow me to print . problem with label

Mentor2 years agoTo maintain your seller protection, you must ship to the address on the payment (shown in the order details).
What you can do is let the buyer know this, cancel the transaction using the option that there is an issue with the buyer's address, relist the item, and send the new item # to the buyer so he can repurchase it. Remind him to add/select the correct address during checkout before he completes payment.
