How to I change my return address after a sale

Mentor2 years agoYou do that in your Site Preferences. Now if you end up with someone that needs to return an item to you, just make sure BEFORE you issue the return label that the return to address is correct.
Remember when you go to update your address, Ebay keeps a few different addresses on file, so make sure they are ALL correct. Your Primary, Return to Address, Ship to address, etc.
Go to your Site Preferences
Then Personal Info
Then to addresses.
Check them all, make sure everything is current. Keep in mind if you mess with your primary address, you need to make sure your address on your banking info is the same, so you don't accidentally create a problem with your Managed Payments account.
