how to have ebay get involved with a seller that will not get back to me about a item that has failed and on their page it states if there is a problem with their product just contact them and they will make it right , i have emailed them three times with no reply. how can i get ebay to step in and help resolve this matter?

If you received an item that is not as described, you have 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
