HOW TO HANDLE WHEN A BUYER PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM AND THEN ASK FOR COMBINED SHIPPING?
A buyer purchased two items and then requested combined shipping or a partial refund of the shipping cost. The problem is that there are two separate labels. I cannot be the only one this has happened to. Many conversations over the years with eBay asking for an easier way for buyers to combine shipping. Please, please, please.
