How to handle this...
This product was ordered X 4.
Each item had postage at the cost of just one. So, one item would cost, say, £2.75 (Estimated) but I ended up paying £11. More than the cost of all the items combined.
I attempted to cancel the order immediately but the seller refused this a couple of days later, but told me for whatever reason the website did not 'allow for a refund'. I then asked if they would be kind enough to refund some difference and the seller responded they will look into it when they 'get back'.
A quick search revealed the courier charged less than £3 for a 2KG parcel. But I paid too much in my opinion.
